The sooner we can treat an injury, the better likelihood you have of a speedy recovery.
Please call (435) 275-8202 and leave a voicemail with the athlete's name, age, school/organization, and any questions you might have. A doctor will respond as soon as he receives the message.
You can also email us at info@feetnet.com. Please title the subject "Athlete's Clinic" and include the athlete's name, age, school/organization, and any questions you might have. Again, a doctor will respond as soon as he receives the message.
Please allow an hour for messages to be forwarded on to the doctors. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. |
